Personal Training & Coaching
One-on-one training with one of the Y’s certified personal trainers is a great option for personalized support on your health and wellness journey!
A personal trainer can help you with a wide variety of goals you might have, such as weight loss, improved cardiovascular health, strength training, nutrition, and more. In your initial session, the personal trainer will help evaluate your current fitness level, engage in conversation with you about your goals and aspirations, and help you develop a plan for the future!
Youth Sports
The Y offers various Youth Sports programs for kids. All our sports emphasize teamwork, skill-building, sportsmanship, and most of all, FUN! Individuals of every ability and experience are welcome to play.
