Virtual Wellness Coaching
We believe that living in community is vital for the health and well-being of us all. Unfortunately, for many of our members, staying home is the best option right now. Whether you are at home or at the YMCA, you are a part of our YMCA family and we want to ensure that we are continuing to support you as you seek to live a healthy life. We want to connect with our YMCA family no matter where you are!
YMCA members are able to meet virtually or on the phone with a wellness coach. This time can be used to discuss your goals and get advice, talk about meal planning and your daily routine or just talk about life! Like they always have been, our coaches are here to support you.
The 60 minute Wellness Coaching session helps members in several ways.
- Work through any difficult or troubling situations you may be dealing with.
- Work on setting goals in any area of your life and a process for helping you achieve those goals.
- Work through steps to increase confidence, offer techniques to overcome roadblocks and help achieve new levels of emotional freedom, happiness, and success.
- Work on deciding what you want in life and what you would like to experience. We will go through seven areas in your life: financial, career, recreation and free time, physical fitness and health, relationships with family and friends, personal goals, and community service, contribution and legacy. Then we will work on a process to work toward achieving what you want.
