FALL 2024 YOUTH HIP HOP PROGRAMS:

Program Dates: Saturday, September 21st – Saturday, December 14th

  • No Class: Saturday, November 30th (Thanksgiving break)
  • Dress Rehearsal: Saturday, December 14th, from 5:00 – 7:00 pm in Gymnasium
  • Performance: Sunday, December 15th, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm in Gymnasium

DANCE ATTIRE & CLASSROOM ETIQUETTE: Please come ready to dance in comfortable movement clothes (NO jeans; skirts are okay with leggings or shorts underneath), a clean pair of tennis shoes or sneakers (NO boots, Crocs, or slippers), and bring a water bottle to have in class (ONLY water is allowed in the studios). Please make sure students use the restroom before class to mitigate class disruptions.

ATTENDANCE: We request each student commit to the entire program. Please inform the dance instructor if you plan on missing any classes. If a student misses over a fourth of the program (more than three absences), they will not be allowed to perform with their classmates during the end-of-program performance and celebration. Dancers create a strong sense of community and need adequate time to learn the choreography for their dance routine. It is also unfair to other students who commit to the entire program. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.
