Open to grades 1 – 8, the Youth Floor Hockey league is no contact, giving youth of all abilities a chance to develop their fundamental hockey skills in a positive, inclusive environment.

The floor hockey program is structured so that kids can discover the importance of sportsmanship, teamwork, and friendship—both on and off the field. The Y will provide all necessary equipment.

Teams will play up to two games each week.

• Finish Date: Thursday, October 3

• Tentative Time: 5:00 – 8:00 pm
• Location: Bakerview Sports Center, 3301 E. Fir St., Mount Vernon

No Request Policy

• The Skagit Valley Family YMCA will no longer be taking requests for teams.
• Teams will be formed by using the following criteria:
  • Age or grade (depending on season or sport).
  • School the individual attends.
  • If home schooled, location of the individual’s home.
  • If age or grade appropriate, siblings will be placed on the same team.
