Active Older Adults: Field Trips
Come explore new environments, engage in enriching cultural experiences, and build lasting friendships at the Y! Visit local museums and historical sites, and go on nature hikes and city tours on these thoughtfully planned trips. We combine physical activity with social engagement and lifelong learning to enhance the overall well-being of our members, and most importantly, to have fun!
Skagit Gleaners Tour
Field Trip to Skagit Gleaners, 1021 Riverside Drive, Mount Vernon 98273, March 25, 2025 at 3:00 PM.
Join us for a tour of the Skagit Gleaners in Mount Vernon! Skagit Gleaners staff will show us around and explain the various activities that go on at the facility. Skagit Y members will have the opportunity to shop for 40 lbs of food that day at no cost! If you want to shop this day, please bring shopping bags. Skagit Gleaners membership opportunities and responsibilities will also be explained.
The tour will start promptly at 3:00pm on Tuesday, March 25. If attending, please meet Astrid at the Gleaners location (1021 Riverside Drive, Mount Vernon WA 98273)
