This class will help you understand and process what is creating imbalance or unease in the body, as well as prevent it from occurring in the future!

Join Robyn for a 6-week yin/meditation class this fall! The 6 sessions will take place on Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm; the first class is October 9. Each session will be based around a common illness or health issue, and will include deep stretching, mantras, and self-massage to address these ailments!
