How to log into your YMCA Account
To log onto your YMCA account page:
- Open a web browser page and go to the Skagit YMCA website (www.skagitymca.org)
- We recommend using a computer to update your account, as the mobile version isn’t as user-friendly.
- In the top right corner of the page, click on “Log In”
- Input your username/email address and password to log in. Click “Remember Me” so that you remain logged in for next time.
- The email address is the same one you used to set up your membership.
- If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot Password” and a link will be sent to your email to reset it.
- If you continue to have issues with logging in, contact the Welcome Center.
- Click “Submit”
- You will be brought to your YMCA account page, with menu items at the top including “Account,” “Invoices,” “Payment Methods,” “Programs,” “Unpaid,” “Donations,” and “Scheduling.”

How to update your payment method
To update your payment method:
- Once you’ve logged into your account, click on tab “Payment Methods”
- Select “+ Add New Method”
- Input your name, billing address, and appropriate information for the new billing method you’re adding.
- Click the box “Use for membership auto draft” if you’d like this payment method to be used to pay for membership fees
- Click “Save”

How to pay unpaid dues or fees
To pay unpaid fees/dues:
- Once you’re logged into your account, click on the “Unpaid” tab.
- In the table on this page, your outstanding dues will be listed.
- At the far-right side of the table, click on “Pay.”
- A pop-up box will appear and give you the option to pay Now or pay Later
- To pay Now, click the blue button with the amount owed
- To pay Later, click on the “Later” button. You can set up payments to be billed on the due date or via weekly/biweekly/bimonthly/monthly payments. (This does not change the day you’re drafted on)
- Once you’ve selected when you’d like to make your payment, you’ll be asked to select your payment method. Select the credit card or bank that you’d like to make your payment from.
- If paying via credit card, make sure it is up to date and not expired!
- You’ll be shown a final confirmation page. If all looks good, click “Submit.”
- You can view your receipts by clicking on the “Invoices” tab.
