Personal Training
Personal Training is one-on-one training with one of the Y’s personal trainers. A certified personal trainer will evaluate your current health and fitness level and then design a workout program especially for you.
Your personalized plan can include instruction on cardiovascular exercise, strength training, flexibility, and advice on nutrition. Each session of personal training can include the following components:
- Proper warm up
- Personalized strength training
- Cool down and stretching
- One on one coaching and advice
Personal training sessions can be provided virtually upon request, allowing you to utilize equipment and common household items you have at home.
